🎭 CATEGORY 1: REALITY CHECK (Not On Purpose Bad)

This category is for real self-tapes from 2025 that you honestly tried your best on — but they just didn’t work the way you hoped.

Requirements:

Must be a real 2025 audition self-tape

Not staged, not exaggerated, not intentionally bad

We are not seeking bloopers, only complete monologues or scenes

Something that missed the mark due to acting choices or technical issues

Examples:

Flat or unclear emotions

Rushed pacing

Weak listening

Bad framing, lighting, or sound

Distracting background or reader

This category is all about learning from real auditions.

🎭 WHO CAN ENTER

Youth Age 7- Adults

Parent/guardian approval required if under 18

Open to actors of all experience levels

📹 VIDEO RULES

Length: 60–90 seconds

Self Tapes May Be Filmed Horizontal Or Vertical

No filters, music, or heavy editing.
